Registration and payment

1. How to register

- Registration for the workshops is done online through the website only.

- On the payment page you will be asked to confirm (using a check box) the terms of purchase, with a link to these regulations.

2. Confirmation of registration

- After completing registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation.

- If you have not received confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

3. payment

- Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your place in the workshop.

- Please note: Credit card purchases are only allowed for those 18 and older. 

4. Service or product delivery policy

- The workshops are held at the time and location specified during registration.

- After making the purchase and registration, participants will receive complete participation details (such as exact address and briefing) up to a week before the workshop date.

- When purchasing a gift voucher for an individual or a couple, purchasers will receive the gift card via their email account, within 48 hours (2 business days) from the date of purchase. 

- The recipient of the gift card will be able to schedule a workshop at a time of their choosing according to our workshop schedule.

5. Cancellation policy

- Cancellation of participation by the participant

- You can cancel participation and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made up to three days before the workshop.

- Cancellations received less than three days before the workshop date will not be refunded, but we will be happy to help find an alternative date for participation (depending on availability).

- The cancellation will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5551-1981.

- Cancellation by us

- In the event that we are forced to cancel a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to choose an alternative date.

 

6. Tardness

- Our workshops are limited in time, and they are structured so that you have time to complete your creation in an optimal way.

- We recommend arriving on time and avoiding delays.

- A significant delay may affect the work process and the ability to finish the piece, and does not qualify for a refund.

 

7. Conditions of participation

- Tufting workshops:

- Are intended for participants from the age of 10 accompanied by an adult. 

- From the age of 14 you can participate independently.  

- Punch needle workshops: 

- Suitable for participants aged 9 and over. 

-We make sure to provide all the necessary materials and equipment in the workshops, so all you have to bring is a good mood and a desire to create!

 

8. Privacy and information security

- We are committed to protecting your privacy.

- Personal data: All the details you provide to us are stored securely, for the purpose of completing the transaction and communicating if necessary.

- Transfer of information to a third party: We will not transfer personal information to an external party, except if required by law or if we notify you in advance and obtain your consent.

- Data deletion: If you wish to request the deletion of your personal information, please contact us at the email address or by phone, and we will act to delete it within 72 hours from the moment of your request.

9.  Service/Product Liability

- The company and/or anyone on its behalf will not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using the service and/or using a product purchased on the site.

- Workshop participants are insured through a Third party insurance.
